The apartment is very cozy and in perfect condition, including the tatami.
Nice view and very sunny all day long.
It is also very well located, a few steps away from a Metro station, hospital,
a large supermarket and several local shops.
The neighbourhood is quiet and very family-friendly, but only two stations away from the city center, which is very enjoyable and convenient.
